CEOUI

(Executive Committee OHADA-Uniafrica Italy)

UNIAFRICA obtained the official and exclusive accreditation from the OHADA Permanent Secretary to promote, disseminate and train on the knowledge of this pan-African legal regulation system in Italian-speaking territories.

For the coordination and development of this activity, UNIAFRICA, in collaboration with the law firm of Pavia and Ansaldo, founded the CEOUI (OHADA-Uniafrica Italy Executive Committee).

Through activities such as translating of OHADA’s Uniform Acts and publications, carrying out academic and professional training courses and conferences, CEOUI aims to promote the development of skills to improve trade between Italy and African countries. CEOUI’s action is important because it promotes exchanges between Italian and African economic actors, allowing the former to gain better knowledge of the existing regulations in OHADA’s member countries.
